They also oversee the planning team and collaborate across functions to support site performance and strategic initiatives. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or business, along with at least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and bilingualism in French and English are required.
