The Planning Manager leads production planning, capacity management, and inventory optimization to ensure reliable product supply while meeting quality and cost objectives. They also oversee the planning team and collaborate across functions to support site performance and strategic initiatives. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in French and English is required, as is experience with ERP systems and team management.
