The section head manages operational activities related to labor relations, including the application of the R-20 Act and collective agreements in the construction industry. They provide expert guidance to the team, resolve conflicts on construction sites, and ensure organizational processes align with strategic goals. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in industrial relations, law, administration, or a related field. A minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including five years in personnel management, is required.
