The section head is responsible for defining and implementing a governance model to support strategic procurement and value creation. They oversee contract management activities, ensure compliance with legislative frameworks, and lead change management initiatives for procurement modernization. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, law, or a related field. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in public procurement management, including three years in personnel management, is required.
