As a Pizza Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness. *Duties* * Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. * Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety guidelines. * Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as needed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment. * Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and safety protocols. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within the restaurant or food industry is preferred. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. * A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customer expectations. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
