Collaborate with management to ensure smooth store operations and lead the team in providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and coaching staff to improve overall performance. Requires at least 6 months of supervisory experience in a retail or customer-oriented environment and a high school diploma. Candidates must be flexible with their schedule, passionate about fashion, and capable of meeting physical requirements such as lifting 40 lbs.
