This Part-Time role supports the successful execution of auctions and daily site operations. Crew Members work across a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to equipment handling, customer service, driving, site upkeep, and auction-day support. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and customer experience while performing duties that ensure our auctions run smoothly and professionally. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support auction yard operations by checking in, staging, tagging, and releasing equipment. * Safely operate light and heavy equipment, following company standards and certifications. * Assist customers on-site and provide sale-day support such as shuttle driving, cart driving, or customer service. * Maintain site cleanliness, perform janitorial and groundskeeping tasks, and operate support vehicles like water trucks. * Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times while reporting hazards promptly. * Work collaboratively with yard management, operations staff, and the inspection team to deliver seamless auction events. * Contribute ideas for continuous improvement while upholding company values and delivering excellent customer experiences. QUALIFICATIONS * Valid driver’s license (class requirements may vary by location/role). * Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and following procedures. * Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate light/heavy equipment (training provided). * Customer service skills with a professional, approachable demeanor. * Willingness to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during auction periods. * Previous experience in yard operations, equipment handling, or auction environments. * Knowledge of farming, construction, or industrial equipment. * Certification in First Aid, Loader Operation, or other relevant safety training. * Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, service industry).
