This includes managing IT infrastructure, the service center, cybersecurity operations, and managed service providers. Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering with over 10 years of experience in IT operations, including 5 years in team management. Significant experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managing managed service providers is required.
