Work and live in one of Canada’s most iconic mountain communities while enjoying: $24-26/hour + tips Education Allowance to support continued professional development Staff meal and non-alcoholic beverage while on shift 40% employee discount across Infinity Enterprises Group food & beverage locations Partner discounts on hotels, retail, car rentals, entertainment and more through CFIB What You’ll Do Lead daily restaurant operations and service Maintain a strong presence on the floor and support the team during busy periods Create memorable guest experiences and confidently handle service recovery Lead pre-shifts and reinforce service standards and product knowledge Coach, support and develop servers, bartenders, hosts and support staff Manage reservations, waitlists, seating flow and table turns Keep communication strong between FOH and BOH Support VIPs, large parties, special requests and events Monitor labour and make staffing adjustments based on business levels Support inventory counts and gain exposure to restaurant financial performance Maintain FoodSafe, Serving It Right, health, safety and WorkSafeBC standards Identify opportunities to continuously improve service and operational efficiency The role combines hands-on floor leadership with responsibility for guest experience, service flow, reservations and developing a strong team. What We’re Looking For 2–3+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience Experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant environment Previous Supervisor, Lead Server or restaurant leadership experience A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences Strong people leadership, coaching and communication skills Confidence managing a busy restaurant floor A positive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach Strong organization and the ability to remain calm under pressure POS experience; Toast is an asset Reservation system experience; Tock is an asset Serving It Right and FoodSafe certification, or ability to obtain upon hire The position calls for high-volume, full-service experience and demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service execution. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your skills in team leadership, guest experience, floor management, labour, inventory and restaurant financial performance while working closely with the General Manager and broader leadership team.
