This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment where attention to detail and passion for food are valued. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook grilled items according to recipes and quality standards * Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients * Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations * Maintain cleanliness of the grill station and surrounding areas throughout the shift * Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or servers * Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results * Follow all food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure guest safety * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders *Qualifications* * Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred * Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards * Strong understanding of serving, meal preparation, and food handling procedures * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation * Passion for the food industry with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction * Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.60-$19.04 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food * On-site parking * Store discount Work Location: In person
