Precast Concrete Installation Crew Member Full-time | Year-Round | Blackfalds, AB Position Summary This is where the build comes together. Installation at Eagle Builders is about setting panels safely, accurately, and as a team – every time. We’re looking for someone who can handle physical work, follow direction, and stay focused in a fast-paced construction environment. What You’ll Do Assist with installing precast wall panels and structural components Complete site prep and support overall progress of the build Assist with rigging and signaling for crane operations Work closely with a 3-5 person crew on-site Take direction from your foreman and contribute to team success Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and around active equipment What We Are Looking For Safety-focused – understands the risks and doesn’t take shortcuts Team-oriented – works well in a crew and supports others on-site Reliable and consistent – shows up ready to work and follows through Coachable – takes direction and improves with feedback Physically capable – handles demanding work without backing off Requirements Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation Available to work away from home Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position Physically able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Assets Experience installing precast structures Experience with equipment (skid steer, zoom boom, lifts) Ability to read and interpret blueprints CSTS certification What Eagle Builders Offers Competitive wages based on experience, with regular evaluations 6% vacation and statutory holiday pay, health coverage, and wellness support Sundays off and a culture that values time with family Clothing program, fuel discounts, and employee events Clear training roadmaps and opportunities for growth Be part of the crew that puts it all together – and gets it done right. Exigences

Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. The role requires availability to travel throughout Western Canada and work away from home Monday through Friday.
