As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food products, and helping create a welcoming and inclusive store environment. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and creating meaningful customer connections. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products according to company recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment for customers and team members. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations during busy and peak periods. Follow all health, safety, food handling, and cash-handling procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance, punctuality, and a positive, professional attitude. These responsibilities are representative of the role and may include additional duties as required. Qualifications: No previous experience required; customer service, retail, or food service experience is considered an asset. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks, processes, and customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and coworkers. Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive during busy periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety standards. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including most of the scheduled shift. Ability to work evenings and weekends.
