What We’re Looking For 1 year of Barista experience. Happy working in high pressure working environments. High-level latte art ability. Contracted 40-hour position per week. Someone who takes pride in their work. Ability to deliver high-quality products consistently. Reliable, organised and trustworthy. Learn and adopt the Bould Brothers way of coffee. A team player. A keen learner and a hard worker.
