Lead municipal files and represent the interests of member contractors to ensure a fair contractual and regulatory environment. Coordinate departmental activities, manage committees, and provide strategic recommendations to government bodies and industry partners. Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering (member of OIQ) or a law degree with significant experience in construction or municipal infrastructure. Must have proven experience in technical/regulatory file management and representation before public or governmental bodies.
